We combined our estate-grown fruit with Pinot Gris grown on Underwood Mountain. A limited portion of the wine was aged in barrel to enhance mouthfeel, while the majority enjoyed stainless fermentation. The resulting wine is beautifully balanced with sweet notes of apple and pear laced with a hint of lavender on the nose. Structured to age and develop further complexity in the bottle.
Pair with salad, fowl, and fish courses for years of enjoyment.
